【Speakers】
Hajime Hotta
Completed doctoral course at Keio University Graduate School of Science and Engineering, holds a Doctor of Engineering degree. Engaged in research on recommendation engines, neural networks, etc. Twice selected for the IPA Unexplored Software Creation Project in 2005 and 2006. In 2005, he joined Sirius Technologies Co., Ltd. and was responsible for developing the location-based advertising distribution system AdLocal. Founded Naked Technology while still a student, and later sold the company to mixi. Experienced three corporate sales in Japan.

Shinya Saeki
Graduated from Keio University's Faculty of Policy Studies in 2006. In the same year, he joined Dynatrek Co., Ltd. Since joining the company, he has been involved in planning and project management for the data integration and analysis tool DYNATREK. Currently, as a director, he is in charge of DYNATREK's development planning and support. He has served as a project leader in over 20 implementation projects for financial institutions, telecommunications companies, infrastructure companies, etc.

Takuya Saeki
Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Policy Studies in 2003. At Japan's largest independent strategic PR firm, he was involved in planning public relations strategies for global IT vendors and consumer goods manufacturers, as well as launching an industry association involving video equipment manufacturers and content manufacturers. Joined Dynatrek Co., Ltd. in 2009. Since joining the company, he has been involved in sales strategy planning for the data integration and analysis tool DYNATREK. The tool has been rolled out since it was first introduced to local banks in 2012, and currently has a nearly 40% market share in the local banking industry.
