At Cinnamon AI, amid the various global changes, we are a startup continually making bold challenges centered on "artificial intelligence." At the heart of our endeavors is KCT (Knowledge-Centric Transformation). This vision involves leveraging a variety of AI models, such as large language models, to revamp existing structures and methodologies, dramatically enhancing the utilization of business insights and strategic planning. Through the realization of KCT, we are creating a new standard for intra-corporate knowledge utilization, transcending traditional industry boundaries.

The journey as a startup is exceptionally challenging. Running a small organization, facing resource limitations, and the paradox of needing to establish a presence in a vast market – these challenges manifest daily as immense barriers in our path. Founded Naked Technology while still a student, which she sold to mixi. Selected as one of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders 2022.   • After working at Dentsu, Recruit, P&G Singapore, and starting his own company, he joined Cinnamon AI. He oversees all areas from strategic alliances to business planning and corporate affairs, promoting sustainable growth and maximizing corporate value. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Nagoya University.

  • He worked for a major system integrator in managing large-scale projects and developing new businesses, and joined Cinnamon AI in 2018.
    He has consistently promoted AI solutions from consulting to implementation, and led the restructuring and strengthening of the global development organization, centered around Vietnam.
    He currently oversees the entire technical organization and acts as a bridge between business and technology, accelerating the creation of an organization that is resilient to change and value creation.

  • After working at Fuji Bank and an advertising company, completed an MBA at Kellogg School of Management. After working for Coca-Cola, Time Warner, Sony Pictures, Nissan, and the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Bid Committee, he worked at the International Public Relations Office of the Prime Minister's Office, where he was in charge of earthquake disaster response, Davos Conference, Cool Japan, tourism, and the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Bid Committee. After that, he was in charge of branding, work style reform, SDGs, etc. at Accenture.

  • Completed doctoral course at Keio University Graduate School of Science and Engineering, holds a Doctor of Engineering degree. Engaged in research on recommendation engines, neural networks, etc. Selected for the IPA Unexplored Software Creation Project in 2005 and 2006. Participated in Sirius Technologies and developed AdLocal, a location-linked advertising distribution system. While in school, he founded Naked Technology and sold the company three times, including selling it to mixi. His books include ``Double Harvest.''
