"Super RAG" is Cinnamon AI's proprietary RAG system that allows you to build LLMs that analyze complex documents such as tables and figures and generate highly accurate answers without any tuning. It uses unique document analysis technology to perform advanced analysis of unstructured data, which is said to account for 80% of data held by companies and is unsuitable for data utilization, and enables optimal structuring according to content type*, automating business processes by generating LLM answers using the RAG system. "Flax Scanner HUB" is a highly versatile, original, high-precision AI-OCR platform that enables AI to understand meaning and read data from documents in various formats used in a variety of industries and sectors, just like a human. Conventional AI-OCR systems mainly use "coordinate-defined" methods that predefine data for formatted documents, but this makes it difficult to handle documents with countless formats. In contrast, "Flax Scanner HUB" can extract data with high accuracy even from unstructured forms that are difficult to read, without requiring complex advance configuration. Equipped with three different AI engines - coordinate-defined, feature learning, and generative AI extraction - it reads data in the optimal way for each type of form.

"Flax Scanner HUB" is not only available as a low-cost, easy-to-deploy multi-tenant type, but can also be used in more secure environments such as single tenant or on-premise (private cloud). It can also be integrated with APIs, and supports functionality expansion such as automatic determination of extraction methods such as classification and division for each document, as well as customization of AI models and UI.
