◇ Super RAG™

シナモンAIの「Super RAG」は、表や図など複雑なドキュメントを解析し、高精度な回答を生成するLLMを、ノーチューニングで構築することが可能な独自RAGシステムです。企業が保有するデータの8割を占めると言われる、データ活用に適さない非構造化データを独自のドキュメント解析技術により高度に解析、コンテンツタイプに合わせた最適な構造化が可能*で、RAGシステムを用いたLLMの回答生成による業務自動化を実現します。文書内コンテンツ単位の関係性を利用したグラフデータベースを利用した高精度な検索、シンプルなUIやAPIベースでの各種システムやアプリケーションとの接続をワンストップで提供します。

Super RAG can be implemented in a wide range of business processes. For example, it can easily import large amounts of specialized documents such as financial statements, technical information, and internal regulations, and the LLM can quickly generate appropriate answers*. It can also be used for tasks that require specialized knowledge, such as responding to inquiries, creating business plans, writing reports, and predicting incidents, as well as for small-volume, high-mix operations that require tacit knowledge. *Response accuracy may vary depending on the type of document.

◇ Flax Scanner HUB

Cinnamon AI offers Flax Scanner HUB, an original, highly versatile, high-precision AI-OCR product that allows AI to understand meaning and read data from documents in various formats used in a variety of industries and business types, just like humans. Conventional AI-OCR is mainly a "coordinate-defined" type that predefines formatted documents, but it is difficult to handle documents with countless formats. In contrast, Flax Scanner HUB can extract data with high accuracy even from non-standard forms that are difficult to read, without complex prior settings. It is equipped with three different AI engines: coordinate-defined, feature learning, and generative AI extraction, and reads data in the optimal way for the type of form.

"Flax Scanner HUB" is not only available as a multi-tenant type that can be easily introduced at low cost, but can also be used in more secure environments such as single tenant and on-premise (private cloud). API integration is also possible, and it also supports function expansion such as automatic determination of extraction methods such as classification and division for each document, and customization of AI models and UI.
