Our company will be exhibiting at the "Manufacturing DX Exhibition" within the "29th Monozukuri World [Osaka]," the largest business exhibition for the manufacturing industry in Western Japan, which will be held at Intex Osaka for three days from Wednesday, October 7th to Friday, October 9th, 2026.

"Super RAG" is Cinnamon AI's proprietary RAG system that enables the construction of LLMs (Data Relationship Managers) that analyze complex documents such as tables and diagrams and generate highly accurate answers without any tuning. It highly analyzes unstructured data, which is said to account for 80% of the data held by companies and is unsuitable for data utilization, using its unique document analysis technology, and enables optimal structuring according to the content type*, thereby realizing business automation through LLM answer generation using the RAG system. Conventional AI-OCR systems mainly use "coordinate-defined" methods that predefine data for formatted documents, but this makes it difficult to handle documents with countless formats. In contrast, "Flax Scanner HUB" can extract data with high accuracy even from unstructured forms that are difficult to read, without requiring complex advance configuration. Equipped with three different AI engines - coordinate-defined, feature learning, and generative AI extraction - it reads data in the optimal way for each type of form.

"Flax Scanner HUB" is not only available as a low-cost, easy-to-deploy multi-tenant type, but can also be used in more secure environments such as single tenant or on-premise (private cloud).
