In addition to supporting a wide range of input methods such as free text, it also has a no-code report builder function that allows you to freely customize report templates, so it can be implemented in each department throughout the company.
In particular, recording voice on a smartphone "on the spot" not only reduces the input burden compared to normal text input, but also improves the quantity and quality of information that can be used as knowledge.
