President and CEO Hirano participated in the ENGINEER Career Design Week 2022 (ECDW2022) session sponsored by Career Design Center Co., Ltd. Engineer Type Editorial Department.

Over five days, ECDW2022 provided a place for engineers to "learn and connect" with the appearance of many engineers and managers who are striving with ambition to realize a better future.

President and CEO Hirano attended a session on the theme of "How can female engineers continue to work passionately and for a long time?" along with IBM Japan's Aya Tokura and talented software engineer Ayaka Ikezawa.
