President and CEO Hirano will be participating in the ENGINEER Career Design Week 2022 (ECDW2022) session hosted by Career Design Center Co., Ltd. Engineer Type Editorial Department.

Over five days, ECDW2022 provides a place for engineers to "learn and connect" with the appearance of many engineers and business executives who are ambitious and striving to realize a better future.

The theme of the session on Thursday, June 23rd from 12:00 to 13:00 is "How can female engineers continue to work passionately and for a long time?" We will be on stage together with Aya Tokura from IBM Japan and Ayaka Ikezawa, a talented software engineer.
