Daikin Industries, Ltd. is actively working to develop AI and IoT human resources at a high level with a sense of purpose in how to utilize cutting-edge technology within the company, and since 2017, Daikin Industries, Ltd. has been working on the development of AI and IoT human resources at a high level. Human resource development programs such as these are also being implemented. In this training, Daikin Industries employees who are active on the front lines gathered together for two days to identify work issues and select themes that can utilize AI. In this training, Cinnamon AI instructors will first give a classroom lecture to deepen your knowledge of AI, including the characteristics of AI, how to identify issues, and introductions and demonstrations of manufacturing industry cases, followed by group work to help you deepen your knowledge of AI. The goal was to identify themes for AI utilization, calculate solutions, specific problem-solving methods, and effects, and be ready to start an AI project by the end of the two-day program.
