Cinnamon will be exhibiting at the 3rd AI/Artificial Intelligence EXPO and will introduce AI solutions such as document reading engines, specialized voice recognition, contract key point extraction, and email fraud detection.

"AI/Artificial Intelligence EXPO" is Japan's largest exhibition specializing in AI. The number of exhibitors and visitors has increased with each successive year, and it has attracted attention from all industries as Japan's largest AI exhibition. This year, which will be held for the third time, 250 companies offering elemental technologies, applications, and services related to artificial intelligence are scheduled to exhibit.

At Cinnamon, we have consulted with over 1,000 companies for the introduction of various AI solutions centered on the AI document reading engine "Flax Scanner", and have conducted demonstrations with over 50 customers. We have achieved experimental and production implementation. At this booth, we will be showcasing "document reading engines," "specialized voice recognition," "contract key point extraction," and "email fraud detection," which are of particular interest to companies as the importance of improving business efficiency increases. We will mainly introduce examples of the use of Cinnamon's AI solutions according to the challenges and purposes of use, and allow visitors to see "AI that can be used to improve business operations."

In addition, in order to successfully introduce AI, it is important to clarify the purpose and goals of AI and calculate how much efficiency will be improved, rather than simply pursuing accuracy. Specifically, while verifying accuracy through demonstration verification, we will draw up a new business flow for the work that we want to make more efficient with AI, and share within the company the economic implementation effects and post-implementation workflow for practical application.
