In April 2021, Hotta, our executive officer and futurist, announced “Double Harvest: Strategic design in the AI era to create a system that continues to win ' has been published.

In this book, we have summarized a certain type of way of thinking that can be understood even without knowledge of technology trends regarding the business way of thinking about how to utilize AI in strategy. The central concept is "Double Harvest."

In the world of DX and AI, where drastic changes are expected to continue until 2025, detailed technical knowledge and examples from other companies will become meaningless in one year. In order to deeply establish this way of thinking and use it in business strategies, it is necessary to continuously "feel" it through various case studies and workshops, and the purpose of the Double Harvest Community is to delve into such practical content.

In this community, we promote DX/AI, such as not being able to utilize DX/AI in management strategy, lack of human resources who can strategically utilize AI, and the execution of DX/AI strategy not progressing as expected.
