During maintenance and payment assessment work, we visually inspected an average of approximately 70,000 documents per day for changes to contract details and paperwork for insurance claims and benefit payments. Although we were promoting the introduction of digitalization and RPA to improve operational efficiency, it was difficult to automate the reading of non-routine forms such as medical certificates issued by hospitals and health law verification documents that are used to verify identity.
