Co-CEO Hirano will also be giving a special lecture and holding a seminar in the booth.

We will be exhibiting at the 5th AI/Artificial Intelligence EXPO Autumn, one of Japan's largest specialized exhibitions of AI technology, to be held at Makuhari Messe for three days from Wednesday, November 20th to Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

At the Cinnamon AI booth (location: Hall 5/8-64), we will be exhibiting and demonstrating "Super RAG™," which automatically structures large amounts of unstructured documents, including tables and figures, and enables highly accurate answer generation by generative AI, and "Flax Scanner HUB," an AI-OCR platform equipped with generative AI that reads any form without the need for coordinate definition. Please come and visit us at the Cinnamon AI booth.

■ Super RAG™

Super RAG is a multimodal AI product that can ingest large volumes of complex unstructured documents, including tables and figures, and generate highly accurate answers using LLM (large-scale language model). By combining three unique technologies, "document structure analysis," "unique search system," and "prompt optimization," with existing LLM services such as Azure OpenAI Service, it is possible to generate accurate and advanced answers. By incorporating generative AI that can utilize a huge amount of in-house data into various business scenarios, it will promote essential digital transformation and hyper-automation, such as extracting information from complex documents and automatically generating materials.

Super RAG has previously offered customized models tailored to the use cases of individual companies, but from mid-January 2025, it plans to begin selling a general-purpose model equipped with a variety of standard AI functions as a packaged version. In addition, a trial version that allows for verification similar to the packaged version and production version will be available at a low price from November 6th.

■ Flax Scanner HUB

This is an innovative AI-OCR platform equipped with Cinnamon AI's original high-precision AI-OCR engine "Flax Scanner" and generative AI. By integrating the no-code learning function of generative AI into AI-OCR, it is possible to extract information with high accuracy from non-standard forms that were previously difficult to read, without prior form definition. Depending on the difficulty of the form to be read, form-specific AI-OCR models and customized models for each company are available, allowing you to quickly use forms in various formats in one stop. In addition to general forms such as invoices and receipts, it is possible to read non-standard forms such as health certificates, trade documents (INV, B/L, P/L, etc.), technical documents and drawings with high accuracy, and it also has an automatic form classification function. Flax Scanner HUB promotes digital transformation for companies by streamlining manual form processing, such as rapid data utilization, focusing personnel on core business, and strengthening emergency response capabilities by introducing AI.
